Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the main Terms and Conditions of the RoseRx Platform provided by Rosemary Health Pty Ltd, trading as RoseRx (ABN 72 632 003 377). By using the RoseRx Platform and purchasing services, you agree to these Payment Terms and Conditions.
RoseRx, a third-party service provider, is to manage this online services platform (“Platform”) and its provision of health services and payment gateway. The Portal is available for you to access, use and upload Material, and to place an offer to purchase Services (“Order”) from us subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Payment Processing:
RoseRx utilises Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to securely handle all online transactions. By using the RoseRx platform to purchase telehealth services, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions, available at https://stripe.com/au/legal/consumer. RoseRx does not store your credit card or other payment information; this information is securely handled by Stripe.
Pricing and GST:
The price of each telehealth service including any applicable fees for the RoseRx platform, will be clearly displayed on the platform before you complete your purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). RoseRx reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment for Services:
By placing an Order, you agree to pay for the Services in accordance with the pricing displayed on our Website at the time of your order.
Our prices for Services may be changed by us at any time prior to you placing an order. We will never change the prices after you have confirmed and paid for the Services.

- Any bank charges, PayPal fees, or other third-party credit card processing fees (such as but not limited to fees imposed by third parties like ‘Stripe’), on payments made to us will be borne by you. You will be charged an amount that is equal to the applicable bank charge, Paypal fee or third-party credit card processing fee upon checkout.
- If we owe you money we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 15 days from the date when we accept that repayment is due.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If your telehealth service request is not accepted by the telehealth provider, you will be refunded in full, as set out in the payment terms.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. However, cancellations are not eligible for a refund if:
- You have already attended a consultation from the telehealth service
- You have missed a confirmed consultation appointment
- You cancel within a timeframe that does not allow for rescheduling or replacement by another patient, as determined by RoseRx
Refunds for Technical Issues or Service Cancellations:
- If a telehealth service cannot proceed due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- If a Telehealth service is canceled by RoseRx due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your order, please email us at contact@roserx.health, stating your request and reason for cancellation. Your reason will not affect your eligibility for a refund.
If you qualify for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days of receiving your request.
Payment Disputes:
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a payment, please contact us at contact@roserx.health. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve any payment disputes.
Security:
RoseRx takes reasonable measures to protect the security of your information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
