Payment Terms & Conditions

Proteomics International Pty Ltd (ABN 78 096 013 455) (Proteomics International) has engaged Rosemary Health Pty Ltd, trading as RoseRx (ABN 72 632 003 377), a third-party service provider, to manage this online services platform (“Platform”) and its provision of health services and payment gateway. The Portal is available for you to access, use and upload Material, and to place an offer to purchase Services (“Order”) from us subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
RoseRx utilises Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to securely handle all online transactions. By using the RoseRx platform to purchase a pathology test, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions, available at https://stripe.com/au/legal/ssa. RoseRx does not store your credit card or other payment information; this information is securely handled by Stripe.
- Pricing: The price of each pathology test, including any applicable fees for the RoseRx platform, will be clearly displayed on the platform before you complete your purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). RoseRx reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Payment, prices, and additional fees: To the extent that you purchase goods or services from us through this website, separate terms and conditions will apply to that supply. All prices payable for the Services that you order are clearly set out on our Website when your make the order. On registration, you agree to pay for our Services in accordance with the pricing on our Website from time to time and in accordance with the Services you purchase from our Website.
- Our prices for Services may be changed by us at any time prior to you placing an order. We will never change the prices after you have ordered the Services.
- Any bank charges, PayPal fees, or other third-party credit card processing fees (such as but not limited to fees imposed by third parties like ‘Stripe’), on payments made to us will be borne by you. You will be charged an amount that is equal to the applicable bank charge, Paypal fee or third-party credit card processing fee upon checkout.
- If we owe you money we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 15 days from the date when we accept that repayment is due.
- We reserve the right to charge you additional fees where you use one or multiple pathology request forms without our permission, outside the 6 month validity period, without our authority, or you use a pathology request form to request tests that you have not purchased on our Website.
- We reserve the right to charge you additional fees where you use a pathology request form more than once at a collection centre - pathology request forms are single-use only and tests on a single pathology request form may not be split across multiple visits to a collection centre.
- Our pathology request forms are only valid at the collection centres specified on our website.
- We reserve the right to charge you additional fees where you visit a collection centre that is not specified on our Website, and the laboratory that operates the collection centre may also charge you additional fees.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and China UnionPay. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
- Cancellation and refund policy: If the telehealth doctor determines that you are not eligible for the test, you will receive an automatic refund for the test cost. However, the telehealth consultation fee will still apply.
You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. However, cancellations are not eligible for a refund if:
- You have already attended your telehealth consultation.
- You have visited a collection or testing center.
- You have missed a confirmed appointment.
- Your sample has already been sent for testing.
- The 30-day cancellation period has expired.
- How to cancel: To cancel your order, please email us at feedback@proteomics.com.au, stating your request and reason for cancellation. Your reason will not affect your eligibility for a refund. If you qualify for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days of receiving your request.
- Payment Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns regarding a payment, please contact us at feedback@proteomics.com.au. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve any payment disputes.
- Security: RoseRx takes reasonable measures to protect the security of your information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. As Stripe handles all payment processing, we encourage you to review their security measures as outlined in their terms and conditions.
